A mechanical and electrical company under SUMEC Group Corporation (SUMEC) has recently secured a series of contracts for power station projects within the Southern African region. They are set to supply a total of 30MW from the large-prime-power FIRMAN long-haul generator sets, which will underpin the provision of a stable power supply essential for the development of local mineral and mining industries.
The FIRMAN generator sets provided are high-power, eco-friendly, and high-voltage units designed to operate in synchrony. These generators are engineered to handle various levels of load impacts and offer consistent, reliable, and efficient performance, even in the face of significant voltage fluctuations from external power sources. This design ensures that they meet the long-term operational requirements of end-users in Southern Africa's challenging high-temperature tropical environment.
For a considerable time, the mechanical and electrical company has been actively participating in the Belt and Road Initiative, focusing on the electrical market demands of countries and regions along this developmental corridor. Committed to a customer-focused strategy, the company has been providing end-users with comprehensive, clean, and dependable power solutions, thus consistently earning the profound trust of its customers. Since 2017, the company has delivered over 200 high-power generator units throughout the Southern African region, achieving a cumulative power generation capacity of around 400MW.
