Recently, China Machinery United, a subsidiary of China Pufa, a trustee of Sumec Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Sumec), successfully won the bid for the planning and design project of Xutongshanxia Village, Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou City.

The project is located in the ecological and common prosperity pilot zone in the southern part of Xiaoshan, Hangzhou City. China Machinery United will give full play to its design capabilities, closely follow the goal of "launching the characteristic brand of Xiaoshan's future rural construction", deeply explore the three cultural resources of fishing, ancient rhyme, and Jinshi in the village, focus on the integration of the three industries, and carry out upgrading projects such as the construction of village roads, farmland, cultural exhibitions, and activity spaces, and strive to build the village into a "five-beauty" new modern urban beautiful village.
