Successful delivery!

Recently, Lanke Hi-Tech, a trustee of Sumec Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Sumec), successfully delivered 15 key equipment to PetroChina, helping the development of the Dukouhe-Qilibei gas field in the Sichuan Basin, deepening the cooperation between the two sides, and injecting new impetus into the West-East Gas Transmission and the local economy.

The Dukouhe-Qilibei gas field is located in Xuanhan County, Dazhou City, Sichuan Province. It is the first ultra-high sulfur gas field with a full industrial chain independently exploited by PetroChina. In this project, Lanke Hi-Tech successfully completed the manufacturing of 3 N08825 nickel-based composite plate absorption towers, 12 large heat exchangers, including desulfurization units, sulfur recovery units, and amine desulfurization and decarbonization technology field test units, as well as some heat exchanger design work, showing good manufacturing strength and technical level.

During the project execution, Lanke Hi-Tech adhered to the principle of customer first, continuously optimized the manufacturing process, strictly controlled the quality, and achieved the early delivery of all equipment, providing a strong guarantee for the overall construction progress of the Dukouhe project.

LanKe Hi-Tech has been deeply engaged in the field of high-sulfur natural gas processing for a long time, actively playing the mission and responsibility of central enterprises and scientific research institutes, and has developed and manufactured large thick-walled composite material containers (desulfurization towers), high-parameter waste heat boilers (Claus waste boilers), large heat exchangers (sulfur condensers), high-parameter separators and other core key equipment for high-sulfur gas fields, which have been successfully put into use in domestic and foreign markets, contributing wisdom and strength to ensure national energy security. In 2023, LanKe Hi-Tech participated in the completion of the key technologies and equipment for safe and clean production of 10 billion cubic meters of ultra-high sulfur natural gas purification equipment and won the first prize of Gansu Science and Technology Progress.
