During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, Suining focused on building a high-end textile and apparel industry. Prolink launched the construction of Phase I of its vortex-spun core-spun yarn production base, and the introduction of high-end overseas vortex spinning machines was the key to the project’s scheduled commissioning. Going deep into the customer’s production frontline, SUMEC-ITC systematically sorted out the process requirements for full counts of multiple yarn types including polyester, viscose, polyester-viscose blend, lyocell, wool, linen and cotton blended yarns, achieving precise matching of equipment and technologies.

Leveraging its global procurement network, SUMEC -ITC communicated in advance with long-term overseas original manufacturers, locked in delivery cycles, coordinated production schedules, and ensured the stable supply of core equipment.

In compliance with the import supervision regulations for textile machinery, SUMEC -ITC standardized the preparation and review of a full set of documents, including HS code pre-classification, certificates of origin, compliance documents for mechanical and electrical products, and technical parameter specifications, guaranteeing smooth customs clearance.

It customized cross-border transportation solutions for large-scale equipment, implemented shockproof, moisture-proof and rust-proof protection measures, coordinated port customs clearance, inland distribution and on-site warehousing planning, and ensured the safe delivery of equipment to the factory.
